Career Path

  • During his career, Francisco has focused on the area of labour, especially legal advice to companies.
  • He has participated in labour lawsuits of all matters, including highly complex lawsuits, and directed the strategies of many of them. Likewise, he has been part of collective bargaining, advising companies, integrating negotiating tables, and drafting the corresponding contractual documents. He also highlights his comprehensive labour advice on a wide variety of labour issues.
  • He has been a partner at this firm since 2019. He previously worked at the Uribe, Hübner & Canales (UH&C) between 2015 and 2018 as a senior lawyer. In addition, he served as the internal comptroller of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (2013-2015).
  • Francisco Plass is a member of the Center for Innovation in Labour Law (CIDTRA).
